SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Position Overview: Lead and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create, curate, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities
  • Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
  • Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform updates
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of social media management experience
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Strong writing and visual content creation skills
  • Experience with paid social advertising
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
