SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Position Overview: Lead and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities
- Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation
- Stay current with social media trends and platform updates
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of social media management experience
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Strong writing and visual content creation skills
- Experience with paid social advertising
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
